This English translation is provided for convenience only. The Polish version is the governing version. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
Effective as of: October 12, 2026
§1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by AutoControl Jacek Zarzycki, ul. Sicieńska 14, 85-374 Bydgoszcz, NIP 8541631348, hereinafter referred to as the “Shop,” as well as the use of the AutoControl website and services provided through it.
The Shop can be contacted:
- by phone at +48 608 361 762,
- by email at [email protected],
- via WhatsApp or the contact form available on the website.
These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the AutoControl website in a form that allows them to be read, saved, and retained.
The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions mean:
- Customer — a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the services of the Shop or the Website;
- Consumer — a natural person entering into a legal transaction with a business that is not directly related to that person’s business or professional activity;
- Website — the AutoControl website available at
ac-warsztat.com; - Form — the contact form available on the Website;
- Przelewy24 — the payment system operated by PayPro S.A.;
- Service Order — the scope of paid services or sale of goods agreed upon between the Customer and the Shop.
The provisions of these Terms and Conditions relating to Consumers also apply to a natural person conducting business to the extent that applicable law grants that person rights afforded to consumers.
These Terms and Conditions do not limit the Customer’s rights under mandatory provisions of law.
§2. Scope of the Shop’s activities
AutoControl provides services including, in particular:
- vehicle mechanical repairs,
- electromechanical repairs and computer diagnostics,
- vehicle system servicing and repairs,
- tire fitting, repair, and servicing,
- detailing services,
- pre-purchase vehicle inspections,
- other agreed services related to vehicle maintenance.
The Shop may also sell parts, consumables, and automotive accessories.
The specific scope of work that can be performed depends on the type of vehicle, its design, technical condition, parts availability, and the Shop’s technical capabilities. Information on the Website is provided for informational purposes and does not mean that every vehicle or every type of repair will automatically be accepted.
The Shop does not install parts supplied by the Customer. The Shop selects and orders the parts necessary for a repair unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in a particular case.
If a particular task requires the involvement of a specialized external provider, the Shop may entrust selected tasks to that provider, informing the Customer if this affects the scope, completion date, or cost of the Service Order.
For a pre-purchase vehicle inspection, the scope of the inspection is agreed upon with the Customer in each case. The assessment relates to the condition that can be identified at the time of the inspection and within the scope of the agreed diagnostic tasks. The service does not constitute a guarantee that the vehicle has no hidden defects or that it will remain free of breakdowns in the future.
§3. Prices, estimates, and scope of work
Prices of services and goods quoted to Consumers are in Polish zlotys and include applicable taxes, in particular VAT, where applicable.
A price list for selected services may be made available on the Website and at the location where services are provided. For work whose exact price cannot be determined before inspecting the vehicle, the price or the method of determining it is agreed upon individually with the Customer.
The repair price may depend, in particular, on the scope of necessary work, the vehicle model and version, its technical condition, labor time, and the type and price of the required parts or materials.
Before starting the actual repair, the Shop presents the Customer with the scope of planned work and its price, estimated cost, or the method of determining the payment due, depending on the nature of the Service Order.
Diagnostics or tasks intended to identify the cause of a fault may constitute a separate paid service, including when the Customer decides not to proceed with further repairs after diagnosis, provided that the Customer was informed in advance that the task would be charged.
If the need for additional paid work arises during performance of the Service Order, or the cost increases substantially, the Shop contacts the Customer before carrying out that work. Additional paid work is performed after the Customer has approved it.
§4. Entering into and performing a Service Order
Contacting the Shop, making a phone inquiry, sending an email or WhatsApp message, or submitting the Form does not, in itself, constitute entering into a Service Order.
A Service Order is entered into once the Shop and the Customer have agreed upon at least the type or scope of work and the rules for determining the payment due, if the circumstances clearly indicate that both parties intend to be bound by that agreement.
A Service Order may be agreed upon at the Shop’s premises or, if the nature of the matter permits, through means of distance communication.
The completion date is agreed upon individually. If circumstances arise during a repair that may substantially affect that date, particularly the need for additional diagnostics or to wait for parts, the Shop informs the Customer.
The Customer may leave the vehicle at the Shop for diagnostics or repairs and collect it after the agreed work has been completed.
After completing the Service Order, the Shop informs the Customer that the vehicle is ready for pickup.
§5. Website and electronically provided services
The Shop provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- making the Website’s content available,
- enabling inquiries to be submitted through the Form.
The Form is intended solely for contacting the Shop. Submitting the Form does not constitute booking an appointment or entering into a Service Order.
Proper use of the Website requires a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting standard web technologies. Some features, particularly the Form, may require JavaScript support.
Use of electronic services begins when the user accesses the Website or starts using the Form, as applicable. The user may stop using these services at any time by leaving the Website or deciding not to submit the Form.
The agreement for the electronic Form service ends when the inquiry is submitted or when use of the Form ceases earlier.
It is prohibited to submit content through the Website that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, contains malicious software, or is intended to disrupt the operation of the Website.
Use of the Internet involves typical information technology risks, such as malicious software, attempts to obtain information through deception, or unauthorized access. Users are advised to use up-to-date software and device security measures.
Complaints about the operation of the Website or the Form may be sent to
[email protected]. The complaint should preferably describe the problem and provide information that allows it to be reproduced.
§6. Parts and materials used for repairs
The Shop selects and orders the parts and materials needed to carry out the agreed repair.
Parts are selected with consideration for the specific vehicle, the nature of the repair, availability, and the arrangements made with the Customer.
The price of parts and materials is included in the agreed price or estimate for the Service Order or is presented separately to the Customer, depending on the billing method.
The Shop is not obligated to install parts of unknown origin or parts supplied by the Customer.
§7. Payments
Depending on the agreed billing method, the Shop accepts payment:
- in cash,
- by payment card,
- using BLIK,
- by bank transfer,
- remotely through the Przelewy24 system.
The payment due date follows from the arrangements for the Service Order. As a rule, payment is due no later than when the vehicle or goods are collected, unless the parties agree otherwise.
For online payments, the Shop may send the Customer an individual link to a payment in the Przelewy24 system. The link relates to a specific amount and a Service Order or payment obligation previously agreed upon between the Customer and the Shop.
Generating or sending a payment link does not, in itself, change the agreed scope of the Service Order.
The Przelewy24 system is operated by PayPro S.A., with its registered office at ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887.
For card payments processed through the Przelewy24 system, PayPro S.A., ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068, acts as the acquiring agent.
Use of the Przelewy24 system is also subject to the payment operator’s rules and terms and conditions made available to the Customer during the payment process.
An online payment is considered completed once confirmation that the transaction was successfully processed has been received from the payment operator. A failed or interrupted transaction does not extinguish the obligation to pay.
Neither Przelewy24 nor PayPro S.A. is a party to the agreement for a repair or other service provided by the Shop, and neither is responsible for its scope or performance.
If funds paid through an online payment must be refunded, the refund is made in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the relevant payment operator.
Before making an online payment, the Customer has the opportunity to review the current Terms and Conditions. If the payment process requires their acceptance, the transaction begins after that acceptance has been confirmed.
The Shop issues receipts and VAT invoices in accordance with applicable law.
§8. Complaints
The Customer may submit a complaint regarding a service provided or goods sold by the Shop:
- in person at the Shop’s premises,
- by mail to the Shop’s address,
- electronically to
[email protected].
The complaint should preferably include contact details, the vehicle or Service Order concerned, a description of the problem, and the desired resolution. The absence of this information does not deprive the Consumer of rights under the law.
The Shop reviews the complaint in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the particular case.
The Shop responds to a Consumer’s complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If no response is provided within that period, the consequences specified by applicable law apply.
The response to a Consumer’s complaint is provided on paper or another durable medium.
A complaint about the quality, scope, or performance of a service provided by the Shop should be directed to the Shop. Complaints about the operation of the Przelewy24 payment service itself may also be submitted directly to the payment operator under the rules established by PayPro S.A.
§9. Distance contracts and the right of withdrawal
Submitting an inquiry through the Form, sending an email or WhatsApp message, or making a phone call does not, in itself, constitute entering into a distance contract.
However, if a Service Order with a Consumer is entered into at a distance in a particular case within the meaning of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the information obligations and provisions on withdrawal from a contract under that Act apply.
As a rule, a Consumer who has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days of entering into the contract, subject to exceptions provided by law.
If the Consumer wishes a paid service to begin before the withdrawal period expires, the Shop obtains the Consumer’s express request to begin performance within that period, in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
If, after making such a request, the Consumer withdraws from the contract before the service has been fully performed, the Consumer is obligated to pay for the portion of the service performed up to the time of withdrawal, in an amount determined in accordance with applicable law.
For a paid service, the Consumer loses the right of withdrawal after the service has been fully performed only if performance began with the Consumer’s prior express consent and, before performance began, the Consumer was informed and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service had been fully performed.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts entered into exclusively at the Shop’s premises, unless other provisions of law state otherwise.
A notice of withdrawal may be submitted in any form that clearly expresses the intention to withdraw. The Consumer may use the model form in Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory.
§10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Shop first seeks to resolve any disputes directly with the Customer through the complaints procedure.
The Consumer may use forms of consumer assistance available under the law, particularly assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, the competent Trade Inspection authority, or other authorized entities.
If a dispute with a Consumer is not resolved through the complaint process, the Shop provides the Consumer, on paper or another durable medium, with information as to whether it agrees to participate in proceedings for out-of-court resolution of that dispute or refuses to participate.
If the Shop agrees to out-of-court proceedings, it also provides information about the competent authorized entity.
§11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.
Detailed information about the data controller, the purposes and legal bases of processing, recipients, retention periods, and the rights of data subjects is provided in the AutoControl Privacy Policy available on the Website.
Use of Przelewy24 payments may involve separate processing of data by PayPro S.A. as the data controller for the payment services it provides.
§12. Final provisions
Polish law applies to these Terms and Conditions and to agreements entered into with the Shop, subject to mandatory provisions protecting Consumers.
Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, particularly the Polish Civil Code, the Polish Consumer Rights Act, and the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
Amendments to these Terms and Conditions do not affect acquired rights or the terms of Service Orders entered into before the amendment takes effect, unless the amendment follows directly from mandatory provisions of law.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is available free of charge on the Website.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of October 12, 2026.
